Our common future is going to be very different from our present, and even more different from the past. Many things will feel out of our control. Adaption and innovation help take back control over what you can influence.
Dream about the world you’d like this to be.
And then do what you can to make it happen.
You are the difference
Nothing, no one, is too small, too insignificant, to make a difference.
Remember Covoid19? A minuscule virus, of grand impact …
You may not feel in the position to change the world. But you sure can change that little bit around you.
And then some.
You sure can do the best you can.
Always.
Every decision, every action, has an impact
Whether you decide to take the decision. Or whether you decide not to.
It impacts yourself, those around you, the environment, our communities, the societies we live in.
Do the best you can.
And be the best you can.
Nature cannot ever be the ‘B side’
Earth is our home. The home of our families. We better cherish it.
Nature is beautiful, rough, inspirational, cruel, colourful, bland, tempered, cold, hot, desert, glacier, life and death.
Science is nature’s native tongue. Even if we struggle to understand it.
Nature is life.
Every living being matters
It’s called ecosystem. And its called humanity. Sometimes both are doing just fine.
But sometimes, both people and parts of the ecosystem need a hand up, a voice lent, and given the credit they’re due.
Use every opportunity to do so.
Alone we go fast, but together we go far
Collaboration and communities are multiplying forces. Use them abundantly.
And always use them wisely. Be the good wind others may need to fly.
Who you are is non-negotiable
We’re all different. We’re all weird. We’re all unique. And that’s fine.
What matters is whether you leave a positive imprint on the world, on the planet, on our society, on your community, on your family.
Add goodness to this world, always.
Egos are personalities in need of growth
Egos exist. They’re real. Don’t judge, it’s human.
Use them to outgrow yourself.
Then help them to outgrow themselves.
There is nothing wrong with needing some stability and security.
Don’t we all need some of it. Sometime.
Then remember to pay it forward. There is enough to go around for everyone.
Learn to enjoy the dance in the rain
Some days are better than others. And some can be c**p.
But they are your days.
Every day teaches something.
If nothing else, that rain never lasts forever and the sun will come out eventually.
Passion is Life. Even if others call it work.
It may be geeky.
Never mind.
Be the best you can at it.
Remember the spark.
Enjoy the ride.
